A small website request
Run Live Test times a bounded request from your browser to a small AI Fast Now object. It measures the path to this website, including browser and delivery behavior. It does not send a prompt to an AI provider, start a paid benchmark or access your provider credentials.
Use the result narrowly
A quick response means this particular site request completed quickly. A slow response may concern your connection or the website delivery path, but one result cannot isolate the cause. It cannot conclusively diagnose an internet service provider or prove direct connectivity to OpenAI, Anthropic or Google.
Central observations stay separate
Provider cards will show central monitoring observations when available. Clicking the button does not refresh them by making provider calls. The interface labels the browser check separately so its milliseconds cannot be mistaken for model TTFT or generation speed.
Privacy and repetition
The check uses a same-origin web request, without geolocation permission. Selected region is a local preference, not a verified physical location. Browser time zone labels dates but does not establish where you are. Repeated requests can benefit from connection reuse, so regard each result as a small diagnostic observation.
